How long does it take to receive my code?
Each service is a little different, but we will give you an estimation when you order. Most unlock codes can be found in under 24 hours, but some codes can take a few days. Our service is fully automated, giving you the fastest available unlock codes with no human intervention required.
BlackBerry (not BlackBerry10), HTC, Motorola, LG, and a few others can be done in under an hour.
If you are ordering overnight or on the weekend, you might run into some delays.
Where do I find the IMEI?
The IMEI is the serial number for your phone, used to find your unlock code from the databases.
On many devices, the IMEI number can be retrieved by entering *#06#, or is located in the battery compartment.

How do I know if my phone is locked?
Insert a SIM Card from a different carrier than the one your handset is using. When power up is complete the handset will display a message like those below if it SIM locked :
